VBeam
The VBeam laser is used to treat redness and erythematous patches from acne breakouts and the resulting inflammation. In addition to reducing inflammation and acne-causing bacteria on the skin, the VBeam laser treatment is able to treat acne scars that are often more noticeable because of the redness that accompanies them. This residual redness, a skin condition known as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, develops as a result of broken capillaries that are left behind after acne lesions have healed. The laser works by releasing a burst of light at a wavelength of 595 nanometers to target the red pigment in blood vessels.
